The HTC Wildfire is essentially a mini HTC Desire our most popular phone. Just 13mm shorter than the Desire and with a lower resolution screen (240×320), the Wildfire should offer outstanding value for money. It runs on Android 2.1 and it has the flexibility to download new apps, access the Internet with speed (via HSDPA) and enjoy your favourite media wherever you go. The optical trackpad and HTC Sense UI offer a great user experience and the 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen can be used in landscape or portrait mode.
The 5 megapixel camera takes excellent pictures, it has auto-focus, smile detection and an LED flash. Internal memory can be expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card. Staying connected with your contacts has never been easier with the Wildfire. Texts, emails and instant messages can all be displayed in a chat-like, continuous view. The Wildfire will also stream wall updates from Facebook, Flickr and Twitter to ensure you stay up to date with the gossip wherever you may go.
A new feature for the Wildfire is the ability to rate and share downloaded apps with your contacts, which is a great idea. Built-in applications include Google Search, YouTube, Picasa, Gmail, Gtalk and Google Maps. A variety of connectivity options comprise of quad-band roaming for use overseas, Wi-Fi for hotspot locations and GPS for guided navigation. The HTC Wildfire is a compact (107 x 60 x 12mm) user friendly smartphone that will continue to evolve as new applications are released.

@Trickdone507 i cant decide to buy this fone.. os 6 will not be released on this fone.. but do we need it?!!
i have a blackberry bold2 (onyx) 9700 but with a trackball.. if u dun know its a pre release fone.. rim later decided to use a trackpad instead.. its november 2009 made and its an amazin fone.. but it has an “azerty” keypad.. now i wana get 8900 but its too old.. its nov 2008 actually.. 3g is useless for me.. so it comes to the design software and ram (not confirmed but onyx has 256mb n curve has 128mb iv heard).. should i change it? thumbs up or down? (sumbody pls help too thanks)
After a while of using this device, does it start to lag and freeze ? All that kind of stuff ? Please reply NEED to know. Thanks and great video !
@kellyj1606 i mean better than the gemini (8520)
@kellyj1606 hey you have the 9700? omg that phone is damn hot but the javelin is cheaper, i dont have enough money to buy the bold 9700 so i will get this curve, its an ok phone, better than javelin, my problem is that, this phone is released in 2008 so it seems too old compared to others BB
@hollistercuttie1998 8520 is a crap compared with this curve, 1 more thumbs up for you
@Slick23021991 the curve 8520 (gemini) has a touch pad and the curve 8900 (javelin) is the one that has a trackball
i want this phone :D
so which is the latest out of the acers..is it Acre liquid e? is the Neo touch better ..or is the Liquid that flagship?
check all my post for all qualcomm msm chip comparison. no point for me to find 2 sim to use hsdpa as betouch no not equip with wifi.
the best way is u buy both and try yourself if you question my video.
snapdragon 1ghz processor is great and fast but.. i noticed something, betouch is using HSDPA connection and neotouch is using wifi connection, thus this may not be a fair comparison. Kindly remake another with fair connection. Please don’t argue.. I know how fast is HSDPA line is and landline WIFI average ping for HSDPA is 30 to 100ms response, landline is average 5ms to 20ms.
so,it is mine~~
same here, got HD1, now want HD2 :D
Wow. Snapdragon is even better than I expected!
i want this phone so bad!!!! i cant wait!!!

Rating:
I just saw these pack of covers and I bought them right away and boy are they cute!! The material is thick and not rubby just very soft and uniform. Fits perfectly on my Gemini! :D
